What we collect

We collect the account email used for sign-in, basic account state, credit balance, payment status, uploaded photos, restored result URLs, support messages, and product analytics events such as upload, restore, result, download, and checkout clicks.

Uploaded photos

Uploaded photos are used to create restorations, store your result for repeat access, help with support requests, prevent abuse, and improve operational reliability. We do not sell uploaded family photos.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card details. We store checkout status, package identifiers, credit grants, and payment records needed for accounting and support.

Analytics

We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand whether pages load correctly, whether restoration flows work, and where the funnel breaks. Analytics should not contain uploaded photo files.

Retention and deletion

Uploads and restored results are retained only as long as needed for account history, support, repeat downloads, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. You can request deletion by contacting [email protected]. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
